this is the second time I have cam in my store and saw how dirty is was after hood cleaning . They removed my strainer in the mop sink that i never remove that had to unhinged it with a knife just to get it out . They left the mop sink completely dirty and did not even bother to put the strainer that's built in to not be removed back.

he always comes out with a smile and helpfulness in his heart. He has helped us with the smog hog multiple times and if we could get the right pieces ordered and approved we would be doing even better. that is not on him however of course. He is always helpful and detailed.

I spoke to Sara and she had told me that her team will be at my store by 11pm. Her team did not show up until 1130am and disrupted me by calling me at 3am to ask for the alarm code. They had assured that they will be here on time and that they will give me a call once they arrive at my store. I honestly do not appreciate them not communicating with me because it also puts my team to not leave on time as scheduled. A team member had to wait for them to arrive when he could have left on his scheduled time.
