I don't know whats up with your team but they left all the lights on in the restaurant all night, left my floors and grill dirty, messed with the gas lines and left the store smelling like fumes, and clogged my mop sink. I'm tired of expecting a messed up store whenever you guys have to come and do the quarterly cleaning but this was ridiculous

Although we appreciate the service and the results of it, our store was left a mess. The walls behind our grill has long streaks of grease. Our sinks and walls in the back were left with a long amount of debris in/on them. The cleaning of the hoods in our sinks, caused the drains to clog up from the grease.

I feel I was mislead into the work that needed to get done in addition to the quote and final pricing. The 4 stars goes to the techs that came on site to do the work. If I was rating the sales person who recommended to work to get done, it would be a 1 star.
