The last 3 times we have had a cleaning, something was not completed. First was an entire hood wasn’t cleaned(which was rectified), the next time it was my roof Hatch wasn’t closed afterwards so my alarm went off all night and this last visit my vents weren’t turned back on. The last 2 things are minor, but I expect the job to be completed correctly and someone to double check before they leave my building.

First issue ,we were scheduled for 6/18/2019 , tech. did not show up until 6/20/2019. second issue as cleaning on the hoods was done, they left a the area on the inside on the hoods dirty when my staff had cleaned it.
