The hood fans were never cleaned. There is grease all over the roof because I believe they have not been cleaned the last few visits. Usually we get pictures for proof of cleaning but I do not believe I saw them. The were nasty two days after cleaning. Also, there was grease in our expo area because they must have not wrapped the entire hood. We have had a rough last two cleanings. Just fyi
