Sean was very professional and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the hood along with making sure the kitchen was cleaned after the service. It was actually cleaner than when he arrived!

The kitchen looked like 3-mile island. Grease and water was sprayed all over the kitchen equipment and plates. Water was pooled up on the expo line, walk in, and dishtank. Not only was it pooled up on the floor, but also somehow collected into our light fixtures. The real kicker was that an "attempt" was made to "clean" the mess, but looks like that job was quickly abandoned and the rags left on our expo line. I can provide pictures if necessary.

We had to contact plumbing service due to our drain lines being backed up in the kitchen. Upon review noticed quite a bit of grease buildup in our mop sink, and plumber mentioned a heavy amount of grease in the lines. We have a line that runs to the grease trap and I'm not sure if it was utilized. Our Chef has photos if you wish to see. Reach out by email for follow up -Justin Smith
