I was given only a few hours notice to have the work done, by email. I did not see it until the next day! So, my people were unprepared and so was I, for the technician's arrival. The Tech's were great. Friendly and apologetic. The trouble was that the two jobs I was asking for got lumped into one ticket. Draining the slosh basin (grease pit) and cleaning the hood. They could not be done together, and were supposed to be scheduled separately. But the second one, the hood, had no communication to confirm a time with me. I am in a nursing home, so confirmation of time is the most important thing. so I would give the tech's a 5 star, and the admin a 2 star.
