The bad - The hoods were left wet and made a huge puddle of dirty water on the floor! The good - Great service, great staff, done in a timely manner, and my hood system has never looked so amazing!!!

Hood filters were not installed correctly. Main power switch for the hoods was left in the off position on the roof...we had to call our HVAC vendor for a service call to discover this.
