Floors are horrible. Greasy, slippery, and puddles of water in random places. Hoods left on and alarm was not set. The facial appearance of the hoods "filters" look clean

The hoods and vents were clean, and they cleaned up after themselves this time, however everything they used to clean up was left out and strewn throughout our BOH (mop bucket left out with mop still in dirty water, mop sink covered in grease from hoods, etc). Otherwise a very nice job.

The guys that came out left all our cleaning supplies strewn across the kitchen floor. They don't clean up their footprints and they ruined a piece of equipment. Every time they come out they leave a mess. They don't follow security protocols either.

I had issues in times past with technicians and expressed my concern to Niki. She assured me the techs she would send out for our most recent service would be much more professional and proficient. She was absolutely correct! They cleaned the hood better than I had seen it in over 2 years. They also did an amazing job cleaning up the floor afterward. My faith in Nelbud is restored. I hope they can keep it up!
