I shared my thoughts about one of our food stands to the technicians on site that it needed to be cleaned again. One of the guys told the head technician that I was complaining about the service. I was standing right behind him when he said it. I told both of them that I was not complaining, but just stating a fact that it was still dirty.

Crew showed up on time, with smiles on their face. They got the job done in time to open our establishment. The crew stayed on task and a supervisor was present to facilitate the entire operation. Hats off the best experience I had thus far in the 5 years I've been doing this.

Floors were a mess after hoods were cleaned. They had to be mopped again. I have told the scheduler several times that work must be complete by 2am or split the work between different days. Crew was here till shortly after 4am.
