After a minor snafu from a chemical reaction between the degreasing agent and stainless steel polish used in the cleaning process left a residue, we contacted Nelbud and the supervising tech Scott M. immediately set up a date the following week from the initial cleaning and completely rectified the situation. I can't say enough about Scott, one of the few supervising vendors I've dealt with that is willing to do what ever it takes to make the customer happy and get the job done properly. Thanks Scott
