Well, to start both my techs showed up smelling like weed. I ignored it and let them do their job. However, when I came in the next day there was white cleaning solution everywhere; floors, walls, and on the fryer and stove. That would've been fine though but they never switch our fans back on from the roof access so I couldn't use the grill or fryer because the whole restaurant filled with smoke. I called to get a tech back out with no reply or help. I had to end up paying a third party to come figure out what was wrong and climb on the roof to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous.

when we came in there was a pipe from the back of the chicken rotisserie left on the floor. There was chemicals they used to clean sprayed on the top front of the oven and on other areas of the department. There were puddles around the oven from the cleaning.

The hoods were very clean, thank you. The problem is that they left all of the lights on (not a big problem), and they left the alarm unarmed (huge problem). Although the cleaning was great, I can't give more than 1 star since anyone could have broke in and we would not know.
