When they left the restaurant they left two lights on. They also left through the back door and they didn't set the alarm. So we didn't have an alarm on all night. They didn't clean the exhaust hoods because they couldn't get up to the roof, yet they did last time. 2 small messes left. I had to clean it up in when I came into the restaurant in the morning.

Did a great job of cleaning. They used a few of our trash cans and didn't put crash liners back in. They also used our designated trash can for dirty linens, and left dirty water in the bottom of it. I had to clean out this morning.

Your Team was great. Very Clean, worked hard and diligently, some of the best teamwork and communication I have ever seen. The Hood system looks fantastic and my executive chef and the director of the hotel is very happy with the service.

I scheduled service three times to have the door lock to the outside refill valve repaired and to install two additional Co2 warning signs per the NJ state D.E.P. Both times no show no call! After my forth request they came and fixed the door but said they did not have any signage with them. Needless to say we were fined by the NJ State D.E.P. upon there third visit to see if the corrections were completed. Needless to say but we are looking to take our business elsewhere.

I really don't have much to say other than I requested he arrive at 5PM but he was not here by 5:45 and I left. I needed to call the office the Monday following to confirm if he came and completed the service. We cannot see since the traps are in the floor and secured.
