Every time we have to spend at least 2-3 hours cleaning from the grease on the floor to grease in the sink and drains. Today all our equipment was not hooked back up water everywhere and grease behind grill but the gas was still on and would not come back on. We did not get everything back on till 10:10am which put us late on opening the store
