Ty did a wonderful job. He communicated with me that he was running a bit behind, and then showed up and was able to remote into the system. They found something wrong and he shimmied up into the ceiling and was able to repair the issue. I love that he took pictures throughout the process and was very professional. 10/10 would recommend.

My only knowledge of the work is that the team showed up and that they left. I don't have any knowledge of the quality of their work or the pricing. You would need to check with maintenance or the kitchen staff for that.

Spark arrestor not put back right, one was even place on the wrong position, all gas valve were left off, electrical equipment unplug, is this is done Tech need to make sure everything is back in place and test to make sure all pilot are lit, grease dripping and floor with puddles of mix dirty oily water, MOD needed to set all back up which could be not safe specially is not notice on gas being shout off.
