They un hooked the stove and fryer and put them in the wrong places. now i have to figure out how to unhook and reset.

This was the first time the techs have cleaned this hood and they were quick and efficient. All struggles of the first time cleaning were creatively overcome and my hood system was left clean and safe.

I believe the technicians that came did a good job with the limited resources they brought with them. It is not hidden that they needed a lot of hose to do this job which they didn't bring. Also they found something broken and even with reaching out I don't know what it is 4 days later.
