Need to resolve valve, with a 1 1/12 618R stand pipe fore hose valve Deficiency: All (10) fire hose are due for hydro static testing, shall be replaced and or hydro static tested. No annual sticker was placed inside fire hose cabinet for fire hose inspection. Inoperable Deficiency: Need to trouble shoot why panel goes into alarm, when Panel turns back on.
