** CALL MATT ON SITE ** Confirmed appt with Matt 551-655-2720 tech arrival: 8:00/8:30am The following discrepancies were found during a Service call on 7/23/20. Arrived to find very corroded 2” pipe above bathroom ceiling. Will need to cut ceiling in both bathrooms as they are back to back and corrosion goes into both directions. Please note no repair work to ceiling or walls is included. All patching/painting and wall/ceiling repairs to be done by others. Material needed: 10’6” of 2” pipe. (2) 2” groove couplings. System is active with very slow leak customer is aware and would like system left on until repair is made. Customer to monitor and call back if leak worsens before repairs are made. If additional materials other then the above listed or more then 6 hours of labor is needed to make repairs this will be considered extra and invoiced additional.
