I very much was impressed with the level of communication and professionalism shown by John Lubinski, my first contact at County Fire. After I'd sent a request for information, he actually CALLED on the phone to initiate the client relationship. That felt good....showed the company was interested in our business. But, he wasn't pushy or obnoxious with the competitive lingo. He simply walked me through the process, sent timely emails with quotes and answers to questions, then tied everything up when the contracts were signed. Mr. Lubinski had no way of knowing that very poor, chaotic client services and just plain dropping the ball on a number of items were the impetus behind our seeking a new company for monitoring and testing/inspection. We realize we are pretty insignificant when it comes to the amount of profit generated for the company taking care of our system , but we have to have it monitored none-the-less. Mr. Lubinski treated us like we were equals with all the big guys out there! As did Jennifer when we set up scheduling and Shawn when he arrived to switch the system. The whole place, at least for us, worked well as a team to get us up and going. Thank you.
