Arrived On-Site system normal upon arrival trouble shot system, according to history BELL 01 going in and out of bell trouble, short circuit . Checked for possible damage to any Horn/Strobes found none at this time. Will quote to return to trouble shoot with lift, can gain early access to store on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 am . System is currently normal and reset at this time.
Arrived On-Site FACP stated men’s pool room strobe “No Answer” and Line 2 DACT Trouble. Mens Pool Room Restroom strobe requires replacement and Line 2 Trouble requires Monitoring Company to secure 2nd phone line in IP-GSM. Will Return when strobe is ordered. System will remain in trouble until part is replaced and phone issue is addressed by monitoring company.

Found Disconnected Wire in B -Court Nurse Call Annunciator Wiring box, Re-Soldered wire back onto board and tested and Reset. Nurse Call Panel Annunciates and Resets properly. ***All Systems Normal and Reset ***
