manual pull station 1st floor by 104 is bad and needs to be replaced. - repair Upon arrival system had both fuses removed. For the trouble and the signal circuit. I re installed them and system went right into alarm and trouble. I located the manual pull in alarm and it was physically broken and stuck in alarm. I removed this device from the system and the alarm cleared. I tried testing all 3 other manual pull stations but none of them put the system into alarm. This is a 120volt only National Time system. To fix we would need to replace all 4 manual pulls at minimum. Possibly need to fix issue with the 120volt wiring to the devices? As of right now system is non operational.
