NFPA 25 (4.1.9.1 & 4.1.9.2) A permanently marked metal or rigid plastic information sign shall be placed at the system control riser supplying an antifreeze loop, dry system, preaction system, or auxiliary system control valve. Each sign shall be secured with a corrosion-resistant wire, chain, or other approved means. Wet: Install the missing escutcheon on the sprinkler head located in the manager's office and the bathroom hall. NFPA 25 (5.2.1.1.5) Escutcheons and cover plates for recessed, flush, and concealed sprinklers shall be replaced with their listed escutcheons or cover plate if found missing during the inspection.
