Today was delayed due to KPOT not being prepared as they said they would, however, Matt stayed with us to help get the job done. Matt was a huge help to me with tracking down the correct fire monitoring system (summit) and waited for the KPOT staff to finish clearing the area to work on the sprinkler. Once they were able to get started, the work was handled fast and thorough. Everyone here at Sonesta likes working with Matt.

Breaker lock needed on the fire alarm breaker, located behind the front desk, mechanical room. 5th floor room “C” alarm system wiring needs to be inside of a protective conduit, flexible conduit would be ok . Conduit will need to be properly secured to the wall. Please do as needed in the other "C" rooms on floors 1-4. Conduit and box's maybe necessary keep track of your time and material used for billing.
