Suggested: NAC 3 is in a trouble state. There are 4 NAC LINES LEAVING THE FACP. Deficiency: The duct detector is in trouble showing an open. Management has RTU shut down at this time. That will cause a duck detector open. When the RTU is fired up the duct detector may clear if there’s no other issue. Deficiency: This is information for a quote for cellular monitoring. Panel is not monitored at this time. Panel does have an onboard dialer with rj jacks.Panel is mounted on an outside wall in case an antenna is needed outdoors. Suggested: Front Annunciator has a hole in where enable it with the key. I was unable to get it enabled. Wiring is good I can read the display. The FACP is in a very back hard to find room, annunciator is at the front entrance and should be replaced for proper operation and ease of convenience for the fireman in an emergency situation Gamewell model by # GF ANN-80 or 41D2 .
