Sprinkler and Fire Hydrant Inspection 8/1/22 Email sent regarding inspection DH Annual Sprinkler Inspection (3 Wet, 2 Dry, and 2 PIV Sprinkler Systems) Annual Hydrant Inspection (2 Fire Hydrants) Deficiency: Systems due for 5 year internal inspections. Last 5 year the Viking dry piping was checked and the 8” riser #3 was checked. This inspection the 4” wet and the Tyco dry piping will be inspected. Include 4 new 4” victaulic couplings and 2 new 2.5” victaulic couplings when quoting. Lift required to reach piping. Deficiency: All check valves are due for 5 year internal inspections. Viking dry valve for loading dock east, Tyco dry valve for loading dock west. 4” alarm check on riser #2 8” alarm check on riser #1 and riser #3. FDC check valve needs 4” flange gaskets Deficiency: Inspectors test valve for riser #3 is not access able. Valve needs to be lowered so it can be reached for testing. ITV located in north east corner of building. New 1” ball valve 10’ black 1” pipe 1- 90 degree 1”
