Deficiency: Panel had several troubles for room smoke detectors and heat detectors upon arrival. Also power supply trouble point along with, date and time. There were no FACP back up batteries in panel (The other building had 12v7ah x2 for back up power). 1st floor front manual pull was In alarm upon arrival. I tried resetting and there is a key broken off way deep in the lock and, it looks like somebody tried to get in it with a screwdriver. It needs to be replaced.
