Scheduled time was 1PM. Matt was delayed and did not arrive until 2:30. It would have been helpful to know that we needed to put fire alarm in test mode and that we woudl need access to fire control panel with access code. These were not a big deal because I was able to contact our fire monitor on the phone. Pleased with Matt. Offered good explanantions.
