The tank also has old style head on top. Deficiency: Prep Hood: 5 nozzle foil seals are missing. Deficiency: Prep Hood: System does not have a discharge warning device. Deficiency: Main Hood: Shelf over range blocking protection. Deficiency: Main Hood: Improper nozzle over range. Has fryer nozzle needs R nozzle.
