Poor planning / communication

2 people were scheduled to show up at 1:15 PM. One showed up at 1:15, the second could'nt make it until about 4:00. Nobody called and told me this was going to happen. I had to basically miss an afternoon of work to accommodate both guys

Excellent Service

It's nice not to have to worry about the condition of our fire extinguishers. Fire Pro's takes care of that for us every year.
