Any maintenance services or new units required must be documented, SEE COMMENTS for instructions Perform Semi-Annual Kitchen Fire Suppression System Inspection as per NFPA 17A. return with serviced 1 -5# 6yr 7 -10# RC 3 -10# 6yr 7 10# hydro 2- kClass hydro Deficiency: 3 Tanks due for hydro. 2 Cartridge due to be replaced and regulator test with new lines. Pull station needs replaced due to jamming. Plastic cover over pull station needs replaced. See pic. Request by Dale Miller head of Maintenance. Deficiency: comdemened replace with new 1 new 5# 4 new 10#
