S2110270354 Initial Services Performed: Semi-Annual Kitchen System Service Call Deficiencies Discovered: Location has moved to far left side of hood and all 4 fryers were pushed down to right side of hood. Will need to be repiped and will need to drill 2 holes add 2 drops above the fryers and re-pipe accordingly. Will have to be completed after hours. Fusible links will need to be swapped away due to equipment swap Scope of Work Proposed: Add (2) drops for the fryers and plug the existing drops not in use. Re-run detection and links due to the equipment shift. Exclusions: Electrical and /or Plumbing work (if required). Permits (if required). Any changes mandated as a result of an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) review of the proposed scope of work. Fire Suppression Repair
