Sprouse was contracted out by Vipond to inspect our fire extinguishers. Communication was next to nil. I am told that Sprouse cancelled on two schedules. Sprouse rep showed up unannounced. The only positive was the rep. Rob (or Bob?) was very professional and easy to work with.
