Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 13492777 - Duct nozzle extends more than 6" into the duct and will require adjustment to meet manufacturer listing - Holes in duct left by the damper that was removed need to be sealed to meet compliance Repair of these deficiencies is essential to overall life safety. Both the duct and plenum penetration lack proper quick seal devices. These cylinders need to be swapped out for silver tanks. Red tanks starting to corrode. Also customer has either a roof leak or the hood cleaning company left a lot of water on top of the broiler hood. Water was leaking through the penetration seal for the broiler appliance. This seal will need to be changed when we return with the new cylinders. Cylinders need are 2x 3g and 1x 1.5g ansul
