Fire Suppression Inspection Semiannual Kitchen Fire Suppression System Inspection - QTY 2 Main Hood - PCL-460 - HYDRO 2011 Small Hood - KP-275 - HYDRO 2007 Deficiency: Main kitchen system: System is non compliant due to improper coverage of the lava chargrill and range with back shelf. Chargrill currently has 2x 1H nozzles, these need to be changed to 3x 1L nozzles and piped under the shelf for proper protection. Range currently has a 1H and a 2H, these need to be changed to 2x 2L due to back shelf. Lava Rock Char-Broiler (624 in. 2 (40257 mm 2) x 26 in. (660 mm) longest side maximum) Note: Synthetic rock charbroilers are distinguished by the use of lava, pumice, or synthetic rocks that are used for cooking. One nozzle is available for lava rock char-broiler protection: High proximity and low proximity. The 2L Nozzle (Part No. 551027) is used for high proximity lava rock char-broiler protection. The fryer nozzles are not in the proper position. The griddle requires a second 11982 nozzle for its protection.the nozzles for the 6 burner (with back shelf)protection are not the proper ones. The nozzle for the griddle protection is not the proper one ( there is an upright broiler on top of the griddle). The nozzle for the upright broiler is not the proper one. All the pipe and conduit outside the hood is painted
