Portable Extinguishers and Fire Suppression Inspection Suggested: Apon arrival the exhaust fan was not working at all. Informed the customer that this is a problem and needs to be addressed ASAP. Also told them they should not be using any of the appliances until the fan is working properly. It is possible that the system can go off due to the fan issue. Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 13915548 Large system cylinder is dated 2005 and requires the 12 year hydro static testing to meet compliance Small cylinder requires replacement for 2 reasons: 1- not enough agent capacity for duct/plenum protection and 2- not the correct manufacturer for system, must change PyroChem tank to a Protex unit for compliance. Range nozzles need to be replaced with low mount nozzles, proper flow and placed within proper backshelf location. Pipe all nozzle coverage under shelf to stay within flow capacity after new cylinder is installed. Please note shelf on each can be removed and less piping labor will be required on this proposal. Cook line looks to have been changed around. If in current location the fryer nozzles will need to be changed from 1 flo
