Fryer nozzles need to be replaced with 3n nozzles in order to be protected properly. chargrill nozzles Also have to be changed to 3n nozzles. In doing so we need to upgrade the 1.5g cylinder to a 3g cylinder in order to have enough flows. Some reconfiguration in the pipe network will be required above the hood in order to make the flow count correct. Griddle nozzle needs to be higher. salamander piping needs bracing so the pipe is not moving a
