Fire Suppression Inspection Semiannual Kitchen Fire Suppression System Inspection Deficiency: System is non compliant due to improper coverage of the tilt skillet. Nozzles needs to be replaced with two 3n nozzles. In doing so will over draw the cylinder so an additional cylinder will need to be added in order to have enough flows to cover all hazards.
