Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 13310449 Main System - Multiple appliances improperly protected per manufacturer and require repipe or nozzle change to meet compliance. All listed under SERVICES** below.** - When changes are made the system will need to be upgraded from a 12 gallon system to a 15 gallon system to support the changes - Regulator test required and both cartridges need to be replaced Griddle System - Needs nozzle replaced with proper type and re-positioned per manufacturer specifications - Regulator test required **- The system cartridge is dated 1999 and is past due for the 12 year service/replacement required ** Repair of these deficiencies is essential to overall life safety. Fire Suppression Inspection KITCHEN SYSTEM - 4 CYLINDERS ALL INCLUSIVE Deficiency: Griddle system in front is non compliant due to improper coverage of the griddle. Nozzle needs to be changed to a 1N and relocated to the perimeter of the appliance and aimed at the center of the cooking surface. LT20R CO2 cartridge needs hydro. Dated for 1999. No signs of a regulator test as well. Main system is non compliant due to improper coverage of the fryers, tilt skillet, salamander broiler, and both Chargrill. No signs of regulator test. Both fryers are improperly protected. Nozzles need to be changed to 3N nozzles due to the size of the fryers. Tilt Skillet is improperly protected. Nozzles need to be changed to 3N nozzles and positioned per manufacturer specs. Salamander broiler is improperly protected. Nozzle needs to be changed to a 1N nozzle. Chargrill on fryer side is improperly protected. Nozzle is too high. Needs to be lowered by 6 inches. Chargrill on salamander side is improperly
