Fire Suppression Inspection KITCHEN SYSTEM - QTY 1 KS ALL INCLUSIVE Deficiency: System is non compliant due to improper coverage. Fryer hood plenum is NOT protected properly. Need to add another 1H nozzle. Currently has one 1H covering. Hood measures 10.5 feet. One 1H nozzle only covers up to 10 ft of plenum area. Salamander broiler nozzle needs to be changed from a 1H nozzle to a 1L nozzle and relocated above the grate at the front edge of the broiler. Aimed to the opposite back corner of the chamber. Chargrill nozzle needs to be relocated so that the nozzle sit above any corner of the cooking surface and aimed at the center of the broiler.
