Please give Sailaja a call when you are 10-15 minutes out 781-686-5663 Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14523892 Re-position back to back nozzles in plenum as this is no longer a listed fire protection Increase the nozzle coverage to the enlarged fryer All single burner nozzle positions need to be revised to meet compliance Repipe 6 burner range with back shelf coverage. Install 2 LPR nozzles to meet back shelf requirements Install additional nozzles in all ducts. Ducts with single nozzles will require 2 each. Fire Suppression Inspection Culinary Kitchen Need Semi-Annual Ansul hood inspection in Store and in Culinary Center. See security area for access and to put system on test. Ask for Marcus Goodwin for access to Culinary Center ansul hood. Deficiency: Rear system in store: System is non compliant due to improper coverage of the chain broiler. Nozzles need to be relocated to the opening and aimed according to manufacturers specs.
