During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14524087 One mechanical outdated control head requires replacement so we will propose an upgrade to the now compliant XV control head. Replace missing nozzle drops for 10 burner range. 3 nozzles needed on appliance and only 1 in place. Salamander broiler removed from system Add detection over single burner Correct back to back nozzle protection in plenum as this is not allowed any longer to meet compliance Replace charbroiler nozzles with F type nozzles due to size. Flow for 3rd fryer can come off of plenum line due to flow. Repair of these deficiencies is essential to overall life safety. Please see attached compliance quote.
