Kitchen Hood Suppression System - ADDED APPLIANCE TO COOK LINE Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following needed services were noted on order 14331721 Client is adding a fryer to the cook line requiring a 2 flow nozzle to be added to cook line To allow this capacity on the current 15 flow cylinder the client must remove the back shelf over the 3rd range and protection can be re-piped to a single 2LP Re-pipe new protection for the range and place a nozzle drop over the fryer Will schedule along-side the inspection in Oct so labor below has been discounted the travel. Kitchen Hood Suppression System - NON COMPLIANT Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiencies were found on order 14524082 1.5 gallon Ansul cylinder protecting hood plenum and ducts needs to be upgraded to a 3 gallon cylinder per manufacturer to meet compliance. A 1.5 gallon cannot protect more than 1 duct. **The 3 gallon cylinder has hit the 12yr maintenance mark. This includes: a serviced swap cylinder, new agent, regulator test, new hose/grommet, old agent disposal, shop labor, delivery and install. ** Repair of these deficiencies is essential to overall life safety.
