Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiency was found on order 13945672 - One cylinder was found to be "flat" and in need of maintenance to restore pressure - 5 additional cylinders have now come due for 6yr service to meet compliance - 5 cylinder will be due for the 6yr service in 2019. Included in this proposal to have cylinders due at same time and to save cost of second trip next year. - Due to 11 cylinders needing to be serviced this proposal may be scheduled over 2 trips **- All (96) nozzle caps should be replaced - price not included in proposal per client request ** - Electrician needed to review credit card machine connections as this shuts down when suppression system is tested. 8hrs of troubleshooting/service included in proposal. If fix is over labor and material requested an additional proposal will be provided. Removed from proposal 10-24-18 per client
