Recently one of our licensed technicians was at your location to perform the service on your fire suppression system. During that inspection the following deficiency was found on order 15042253. Gas Station Canopy Suppression System All Kidde IND50 cylinders (4) are past due for the 12 year hydrotest services. This includes service swap cylinders, paint/prime service, new NFPA collars, new safety plugs and valve rebuild kits No k-class fire extinguisher in kitchen where fryer is located CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: Contact fire alarm company and electrician to properly tie-in gas station XV control head. Currently there is no alarm or electrical shut down Repair of these deficiencies is essential to overall life safety. Please see the attached compliance quote.
