Portable Extinguishers and Fire Suppression Inspection FIRE EXTINGUISHERS - QTY 10 FX ALL INCLUSIVE KITCHEN SYSTEM - QTY 1 AMEREX KP-600 (TWO CYLINDERS) KS ALL INCLUSIVE Deficiency: System is non compliant due to improper coverage of the first range on main cooking line. Range is not completely under the protective hood. Needs to be moved to the right. see pictures. Also it is not protected properly. Once the range is adjusted under the hood properly we will need to adjust the nozzles accordingly. Plenum nozzles in rear hood need to be relocated to the side and not down the middle. Duct nozzle needs to be replaced in that same hood. Both ranges under that hood are improperly protected. Nozzles will need to be changed and adjusted per manufacturer specs. Customer is looking into down sizing the range that is not under the hood from a 6 burner to a 4 burner.
