Fire Suppression Inspection KITCHEN SYSTEM - 1 QTY ALL INCLUSIVE Deficiency: System is non compliant due to no protection for the fryer or griddle. Fryer and griddle are not under the protective hood. In order to move the fryer and griddle the oven will need to be moved as well. Gas line for the over will need to be extended so this is possible. By moving the oven to the right the pull station will need to be relocated so that it is not being obstructed by the oven. Pull station should be moved so that it is in a path of egress. Recommend that the micro switches be tested to verify that it is tied into the fire alarm and that there is electrical shutdown under the hood as required by nfpa.
