Tony not only reset our dry pipe valve but correctly assessed our system problems and corrected all issues. We had 3”. Of standing water in our basement classrooms and he let us borrow his sump pump to evacuate all the water. His caring compassionate and professional approach made a huge difference as we cleaned up the mess. Thanks Tony your the best.

Inspected the reported issue with their fire sprinkler system. Upon assessment, I found a faulty pressure gauge and a minor leak in one of the branch lines. I replaced the damaged gauge and sealed the leaking pipe section. After testing the system, everything is now functioning correctly and within safety standards.
Completed follow-up inspection on previously identified fire safety deficiencies. Re-examined five fire doors with faulty self-closing mechanisms. Verified installation of new door closers rated for 15-20 lbs closing force. Tested emergency lighting units, confirming 90-minute battery backup capacity. Inspected newly installed fire stops in cable penetrations, ensuring proper intumescent material application. Reassessed sprinkler head obstructions, confirming minimum 18-inch clearance restored. Evaluated updated fire evacuation plans for compliance with NFPA 101 requirements. Documented all corrective actions in comprehensive report, noting full compliance achieved.
