Repair of System needs following adjustments: 2 Burner Range:12inx24in Nozzle: 11982 40in Nozzle needs to be centered directly above burners aimed straight down. Griddle:48inx24in Nozzle: 11982 45in. Nozzle needs to replaced with a 14178 nozzle, nozzle needs to be located along the perimeter of the appliance. The aiming point of the nozzle is the Point of Intersection of a straight line from the nozzle location to the center of the appliance, where the line crosses the oter edge of an 11" square centered over the center point of the Griddle. the PRM detection tubing was last replaced in 2016. PRM detection tubing needs to be replaced every 3 years.
