Dan came out as was promised at the given time. He checked the issue of the radio trouble on the fire panel and fixed it. He gave us ideas and solutions to the problem and was detailed and clear in his instructions. Always great to have him here.

Dan was, as always, very professional and sociable. He took care of a melted fire alarm and got our fire alarm system hooked back up, after we had a fire. And he had a very good attitude, even though it was after 10 PM.
