Direct, great at identifying issues, informative discussion, very experienced and knowledgeable about evaluating floor issues. Also, his crew was great from start to finish. In regard of floor removal and replacement of the flooring. All done in short order and with procession. We loved the floors that were installed and they really, really are very nice and has the home looking spacious and clean and comfortable.
