Re-sanding and staining existing hardwood floors and finishing with (3) coats of poly. The dark stain being applied to the floors and staircase enrich the entire home.
Time to remove the old carpet upstairs and replace it with number 1 Red Oak 4" Hardwoods. We will install, sand and finish Red Oak hardwoods and re-store existing hardwoods on the main level. Upgrading to a Mega water base finish and installing Red Oak stained shoe mold.
